Solva does not knowingly sell personal information for money as part of its ordinary retail operations.
However, some United States privacy laws define terms such as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly.
Certain disclosures involving:
-
online identifiers;
-
cookies;
-
advertising identifiers;
-
device information;
-

may therefore constitute sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state law even where Solva does not receive money in exchange for the information.
Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, eligible individuals may use Solva's Data Sharing Opt-Out / Your Privacy Choices functionality available through the Services.
19. Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, Solva recognizes supported Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing for the browser or device transmitting the signal.
Where technically supported and legally required, an applicable preference may also be associated with an authenticated customer account.
Other browser-based "Do Not Track" signals may not be recognized unless required by applicable law.
20. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by law, Solva may send promotional email communications.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages.

collection;
-
sharing;
-
sale;
-

For example, transaction, authorization, subscription, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, return, RMA, refund, and communication records may be retained beyond completion of an order where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, respond to a chargeback, document a refund, comply with legal obligations, or establish or defend a legal claim.
A deletion request does not necessarily require deletion of information that applicable law permits or requires Solva to retain.
When information is no longer reasonably required, Solva may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it consistent with applicable requirements.
26. United States State Privacy Rights

A privacy deletion request does not automatically cancel an order, subscription, payment obligation, dispute, return, or other contractual transaction.
32. Appeals
Where applicable state law provides a right to appeal Solva's decision concerning a privacy request, you may submit an appeal by emailing:
State clearly that you are submitting a privacy request appeal and identify the request or decision being appealed.
33. Non-Discrimination
Solva will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
This does not prevent Solva from offering products, pricing, subscriptions, loyalty features, or promotions where legally permitted and not prohibited discrimination.
