Shipping Policy — United States
Last updated: August 20, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through wearesolva.com for delivery within the United States.
Please review this Policy before placing an order.
Solva uses third-party fulfillment providers and shipping carriers to prepare, transport, track, and deliver orders.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable federal or state law.
1. Standard Shipping Timeline
Our standard shipping timeline consists of two separate stages:
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and handed to a shipping carrier within:
1–3 business days
after receipt of a properly completed order and successful payment authorization.
Carrier Transit
After the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, estimated carrier transit is:
5–10 business days
unless a different estimate is expressly displayed for the applicable order.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Accordingly, a standard order may generally take approximately:
6–13 business days
from order processing commencement through estimated delivery.
This total timeframe is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
2. Business Days
For purposes of this Shipping Policy, business days generally mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable federal holidays and days on which the relevant fulfillment facility or carrier is not operating normally.
Weekends and applicable holidays are not normally counted as business days.
An order placed late in the day, during a weekend, or on a holiday may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
3. Processing Time Means Time Before Shipment
Processing time refers to the period before the merchandise is physically placed in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Order processing may include:
-
payment authorization;
-
fraud or security review;
-
order verification;
-
inventory allocation;
-
picking;
-
packing;
-
labeling;
-
quality or fulfillment checks; and
-
transfer to the carrier.
A tracking number being created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically received the package.
4. Shipment Confirmation
An order is considered shipped for operational purposes when the applicable merchandise has been transferred to or accepted by the shipping carrier.
Where tracking is available, Solva will generally send shipment or tracking information after the applicable shipment has entered the carrier network.
5. Processing Delays
Although Solva intends to process eligible orders within the stated 1–3 business day timeframe, circumstances may arise that prevent shipment within the expected period.
These circumstances may include:
-
payment verification;
-
suspected fraud;
-
security review;
-
inventory discrepancy;
-
unusual order volume;
-
address verification;
-
fulfillment disruption;
-
severe weather;
-
carrier disruption;
-
system failure;
-
government action; or
-
another circumstance materially affecting fulfillment.
Where applicable law requires Solva to provide notice of a shipment delay, obtain consent to a revised shipping date, permit cancellation, or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise, Solva will do so as required.
6. Carrier Transit Estimate
The standard 5–10 business day period begins after the shipment has been physically transferred to the carrier.
Carrier transit time is an estimate.
Actual delivery may occur earlier or later because of circumstances including:
-
carrier network conditions;
-
geographic destination;
-
severe weather;
-
holidays;
-
transportation disruption;
-
local delivery conditions;
-
carrier congestion;
-
incorrect or incomplete address information;
-
security restrictions;
-
natural disasters;
-
government action; or
-
other circumstances affecting the carrier network.
A transit estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless Solva expressly identifies a particular shipping service or date as guaranteed.
7. Estimated Delivery Dates
Any estimated delivery date displayed:
-
on the Site;
-
during checkout;
-
in an order confirmation;
-
in a shipping confirmation;
-
through tracking; or
-
through a carrier website
is generally an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Carrier-generated delivery estimates may change while a package is in transit.
8. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will normally be provided after shipment.
Carrier tracking may take approximately 24–48 hours after shipment to begin displaying movement.
Tracking systems may occasionally:
-
update late;
-
omit intermediate scans;
-
display a package at the previous facility;
-
temporarily show incomplete information;
-
display an estimated delivery date that later changes; or
-
update several events at once.
A temporary lack of tracking movement does not automatically establish that a package is lost.
9. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Customers should verify:
-
recipient name;
-
street address;
-
apartment, suite, or unit number;
-
city;
-
state;
-
ZIP code;
-
telephone number where requested; and
-
any other information reasonably necessary for delivery.
Solva fulfills orders using the shipping information supplied by the customer.
10. Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact:
as soon as possible.
Solva may attempt to update the address where operationally possible.
However, an address change is not guaranteed after an order has:
-
entered fulfillment;
-
been picked;
-
been packed;
-
received a final shipping label;
-
been transferred to a carrier; or
-
otherwise reached a stage where the shipment cannot reasonably be modified.
11. Incorrect or Incomplete Customer-Supplied Address
To the extent permitted by law, Solva is not responsible for additional shipping costs or delivery problems caused solely by materially incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Examples include:
-
incorrect street number;
-
missing apartment number;
-
incorrect ZIP code;
-
incorrect city;
-
incorrect state;
-
incorrect recipient name where material to delivery; or
-
another material address error.
If the package is returned because of customer-supplied address information, Section 23 may apply.
12. Order Changes
Requests to modify an order should be sent promptly to:
Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Solva may decline a requested modification where the order can no longer reasonably be changed without disrupting fulfillment.
13. Subscription Shipments
Subscription renewal orders are generally subject to the same standard shipping timeline:
1–3 business days processing
plus
estimated 5–10 business days carrier transit
unless a different timeline is expressly disclosed.
A subscription renewal may enter fulfillment after the applicable recurring payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellation of a subscription and cancellation of a renewal order already created are separate matters governed by Solva's applicable subscription and cancellation terms.
14. Multiple Packages
An order may be fulfilled in more than one package.
Different packages from the same order may:
-
be shipped on different dates;
-
receive different tracking numbers;
-
use different carriers;
-
arrive on different days; or
-
originate from different fulfillment locations.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the complete order has been delivered.
Customers should review all available tracking information before reporting an item missing.
15. Carrier Delays
A package that has already been transferred to a carrier may experience a transit delay.
Carrier delay does not automatically mean that the shipment has been lost.
Solva may reasonably:
-
monitor tracking;
-
contact the carrier;
-
request additional carrier information;
-
open a shipping investigation;
-
wait for updated carrier scans; or
-
allow a reasonable additional delivery period
before determining that a shipment is lost.
Mandatory rights concerning excessive delay or non-delivery remain unaffected.
16. Significantly Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, contact:
Solva may review:
-
tracking history;
-
fulfillment records;
-
carrier scans;
-
shipping address;
-
package movement;
-
estimated delivery information; and
-
carrier investigation results.
Depending on the circumstances, Solva may provide:
-
an updated delivery estimate;
-
continued carrier investigation;
-
reshipment;
-
replacement;
-
refund; or
-
another appropriate remedy.
17. Lost Packages
A shipment is not automatically considered lost merely because:
-
tracking has not updated for several days;
-
the estimated delivery date has passed;
-
a carrier scan was missed; or
-
the shipment is temporarily delayed.
Solva may conduct or request a reasonable carrier investigation before determining that a shipment is lost.
If a shipment is confirmed or reasonably determined to be lost while Solva remains legally responsible for delivery, Solva will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, that remedy may include:
-
replacement;
-
reshipment; or
-
refund.
18. Delivered but Not Received
If carrier tracking indicates Delivered but you state that you cannot locate the package, contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
Before contacting Solva, please check:
-
the delivery location;
-
porch, entrance, garage, or other safe-delivery areas;
-
mailbox or parcel locker;
-
household members;
-
reception or front desk;
-
mailroom;
-
property manager;
-
authorized recipients; and
-
neighbors where appropriate.
A carrier's Delivered status is relevant evidence of delivery but will not automatically determine every claim.
Similarly, a customer's statement that a package was not received does not automatically establish non-delivery or an automatic right to refund.
Solva may investigate the available evidence before determining the appropriate resolution.
19. Delivered-Not-Received Investigation
For a claim involving tracking marked Delivered, Solva may review or obtain information including:
-
tracking number;
-
delivery status;
-
delivery date and time;
-
shipping address supplied at checkout;
-
carrier acceptance scans;
-
carrier delivery scan;
-
delivery photograph;
-
signature;
-
GPS or geolocation information where lawfully available;
-
parcel-locker or mailroom information;
-
carrier communications;
-
package weight;
-
fulfillment information; and
-
other available proof of delivery.
Solva may also ask the customer to reasonably cooperate with the investigation.
20. Non-Receipt Declaration
Where reasonably necessary to investigate a package that the carrier records as delivered, Solva may request a written or electronic statement confirming information such as:
-
the customer did not receive the package;
-
the customer checked the applicable delivery location;
-
household members or other authorized recipients did not receive the package;
-
the customer reviewed available carrier information; and
-
other facts reasonably relevant to the delivery investigation.
A request for reasonable cooperation is intended to assist the investigation and does not eliminate any mandatory consumer right.
21. Delivery to the Correct Address
Where reliable carrier evidence indicates that the package was delivered to the shipping address supplied by the customer at checkout, Solva may rely on that evidence when evaluating a voluntary refund or replacement request.
Relevant evidence may include:
-
matching delivery address;
-
carrier confirmation;
-
delivery photograph;
-
signature;
-
GPS information where available;
-
delivery timestamp; and
-
other proof of delivery.
The appropriate resolution remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the particular shipment.
22. Carrier Delivered to the Wrong Address
If the customer supplied the correct shipping address but the carrier delivered the package to a materially different location or address, contact:
Solva may investigate the carrier error and obtain available delivery evidence.
If the shipment is legally considered undelivered because of the carrier error and Solva remains responsible to the customer, Solva will provide the appropriate legally required remedy.
23. Return to Sender
A package may be returned to sender because of:
-
incorrect or incomplete address;
-
failed delivery attempts;
-
refusal of delivery;
-
inability to access the delivery location;
-
failure to collect a held shipment;
-
carrier error; or
-
another delivery issue.
A Return to Sender status does not automatically create an immediate refund.
Solva may first wait for the package to be physically returned and then determine:
-
why the shipment was returned;
-
the condition of the merchandise;
-
whether the customer caused the return;
-
whether reshipment is appropriate;
-
whether a voluntary refund is available; and
-
what documented costs may legally apply.
24. Customer-Caused Return to Sender
Where a package is returned because of a materially incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refusal of an otherwise valid delivery, or failure to collect the package, Solva may, where permitted by law:
-
require payment of additional shipping before reshipment;
-
deduct reasonable documented return-to-sender costs from an otherwise eligible voluntary refund; or
-
process the merchandise under the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Original shipping costs may remain non-refundable where legally permitted.
25. Refused Delivery
Refusing a shipment does not automatically constitute an approved cancellation or return.
A refused package may first need to be physically returned to the applicable fulfillment facility.
Any voluntary refund remains subject to:
-
receipt of the returned shipment;
-
inspection;
-
applicable return eligibility requirements;
-
legally permitted shipping deductions; and
-
Solva's Return & Refund Policy.
26. Failure to Collect
Where a carrier makes a package available at:
-
a post office;
-
pickup location;
-
parcel locker;
-
carrier facility; or
-
other designated collection point
and the customer fails to collect it, the package may be returned to sender.
Failure to collect does not automatically create an immediate refund.
Where permitted by law, additional shipping charges may apply to reshipment.
27. Theft After Confirmed Delivery
If reliable evidence shows that merchandise was properly delivered to the shipping address supplied by the customer and was subsequently stolen by an unrelated third party, Solva may investigate the circumstances before determining whether a voluntary replacement, refund, carrier claim, or other assistance is available.
The customer may also be asked to provide reasonable information supporting a theft claim where appropriate.
Nothing in this section eliminates any responsibility that applicable law places on Solva.
28. Damaged in Transit
If merchandise arrives materially damaged during transit, contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain:
-
the merchandise;
-
shipping carton;
-
internal packaging;
-
product packaging;
-
shipping label; and
-
damaged components
until Solva advises otherwise.
Where reasonably available, provide photographs showing:
-
exterior shipping package;
-
shipping label;
-
interior packaging;
-
damaged merchandise; and
-
relevant product identifiers.
Solva may investigate fulfillment and carrier records before determining the appropriate remedy.
29. Missing Item or Incomplete Shipment
Before reporting a missing item, review whether the order was divided into multiple shipments.
If all expected packages have completed delivery and merchandise is still missing, contact:
Solva may review:
-
order contents;
-
fulfillment records;
-
package weights;
-
warehouse information;
-
shipping records;
-
tracking; and
-
other reasonable evidence.
Depending on the circumstances, Solva may:
-
send the missing item;
-
reship the affected merchandise;
-
issue an applicable refund; or
-
provide another appropriate remedy.
30. Proof of Delivery
For shipping, customer-service, fraud-prevention, and payment-dispute purposes, Solva may maintain or obtain proof-of-delivery evidence including:
-
carrier tracking;
-
carrier acceptance records;
-
delivery status;
-
delivery timestamp;
-
shipping address;
-
delivery photograph;
-
signature;
-
GPS or geolocation information where legally available;
-
package weight;
-
carrier communications; and
-
other shipping records.
Such information may be retained and used as described in Solva's Privacy Policy.
31. Shipping Records and Payment Disputes
If a transaction becomes subject to an inquiry, chargeback, or other payment dispute, Solva may provide legitimate shipping and fulfillment records to:
-
payment processors;
-
banks;
-
card issuers;
-
card networks; or
-
other parties involved in resolving the dispute,
as permitted by applicable law.
Relevant records may include:
-
order information;
-
shipping address;
-
fulfillment timestamp;
-
carrier;
-
tracking;
-
delivery status;
-
proof of delivery;
-
delivery photographs;
-
signature information;
-
customer communications; and
-
carrier investigation records.
32. Risk of Fraud and Suspicious Orders
Solva may delay fulfillment while conducting a reasonable payment, security, or fraud review.
Where a review causes Solva to become unable to meet an applicable shipment commitment, Solva will handle any required delay notification, cancellation option, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Solva may cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of verified or sufficiently supported fraud, unauthorized payment, legal restrictions, or another legitimate reason.
33. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are normally displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Shipping charges may depend on:
-
order value;
-
shipping method;
-
destination;
-
package characteristics;
-
promotions; or
-
other disclosed factors.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns except where otherwise stated in the Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
34. No Guaranteed Carrier
Solva may use different shipping carriers or logistics providers depending on:
-
availability;
-
destination;
-
service level;
-
fulfillment location;
-
package characteristics; or
-
operational needs.
Selection of a particular carrier is not guaranteed unless expressly stated during checkout.
35. Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be shipped from one or more fulfillment facilities.
The specific fulfillment location may depend on:
-
inventory;
-
customer destination;
-
product availability;
-
shipping efficiency;
-
carrier availability; and
-
operational requirements.
The use of a particular fulfillment location does not change the identity of the Solva product purchased.
36. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy eliminates or restricts a consumer right or remedy that applicable federal or state law does not permit Solva to waive.
Where applicable law requires:
-
shipment within a legally applicable period;
-
notice of a shipment delay;
-
an opportunity to consent to a revised shipment date;
-
cancellation of qualifying delayed orders;
-
refund of unshipped merchandise;
-
a remedy for legally actionable non-delivery;
-
a remedy for lost merchandise;
-
a remedy for merchandise damaged before delivery; or
-
another mandatory remedy,
that requirement controls to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.
37. Relationship With Other Policies
This Shipping Policy should be read together with Solva's:
-
Terms of Service;
-
Return & Refund Policy;
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy; and
-
any shipping or transaction-specific terms presented during checkout.
Return eligibility after delivery is governed primarily by the Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription cancellation is governed primarily by the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
38. Policy Changes
Solva may update this Shipping Policy prospectively to reflect operational, carrier, legal, or regulatory changes.
The Last updated date identifies the most recent revision.
A subsequent change will not retroactively remove a right applicable to an earlier transaction where doing so would be prohibited by law.
